As January kicks us into gear, let’s take a look at some of the notable trainers, athletes and fitness bloggers you should be following on social media.

Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or could simply benefit from some on-screen motivation while perusing your favourite social media platforms, inspiration (or rather ‘fitspiration’) is readily available at your finger tips.

In the strive for body perfection, recent research in Australia revealed that adolescents and young people are increasingly turning to health and fitness blogs for advice, instead of celebrities and diet books.
