Rachel lost a staggering 155 lbs

The winner of the Biggest Loser US Rachel Frederickson has revealed her excitement at gaining 20lbs following her win.

The 24-year-old was plagued by eating disorder rumours after losing an incredible 155 pounds during her three month stint on the American reality show.

Frederickson had come under fire for her weight loss and newly-skinny frame but insists she achieved her results through hard work and exercise.

"I've gone up about 20 pounds," she told Us Weekly.

"I think I'm at my perfect weight!"

"I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle," she added

"I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

After her time at the weight loss ranch, she says she ate 1,6000 calories a day and exercised a 'ton'.

"I'm extremely proud of the way I lost the weight," she said in an interview with Us Magazine. "I did everything so naturally, and the athlete in me really came back."
