Lunch Spanish omelette with dill and sweet potato and a green salad

Snack Beetroot and walnut dip with raw flax seed crackers

Evening Thai yellow curry with brown rice



Scrambled eggs and portobello mushroom with melted goat's cheese, juice

Lunch Sweetcorn and broad bean fritters with a feta, cucumber and spinach salad

Snack Handful of almonds

Evening Mixed vegetable and soya bean hotpot with sweet potato bread toast
