It's thought that between 70 and 90% of GP visits are related to stress and one doctor wants to change that and come up with better ways for us to combat it.
Dr Rangan Chatterjee is well known in the UK for being the resident doctor on BBC One’s Breakfast and has his own chart-topping podcast, Feel Better, Live More, and he joined me to discuss his new book, The Stress Solution, 4 steps to reset your body, mind, relationships and purpose.
