Real Health podcast reader survey

This week, we're celebrating over one million listeners to the Real Health podcast.

We have had amazing advice from well known names in the show business and health and wellness industries.

In our episode with Taoiseach Leo Varadkar - who called in to record with us while he was in the middle of Brexit talks - his advice on how he keeps healthy despite his incredibly busy schedule is, I think, a really valuable insight.

He weighs himself once a week and trains three or four times – and I think this is inspirational as it shows how an incredibly busy person can fit this into his daily life, then there’s ways we can strive to do the same.

We also got some amazing perspectives on health and fitness from the likes of Adam Clayton, 88-year-old Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh, broadcaster Dermot Whelan, and health minister Simon Harris.

To celebrate our one millionth listen and a year of The Real Health podcast, which is sponsored by leading health and wellbeing provider laya healthcare, we would love to get your feedback on the podcast and listen to your suggestions.
