Our exclusive 30-day fitness plan starts this 'Weekend'

MEET your new personal trainer. Coach to the stars Karl Henry is the fitness mastermind behind a new 30-day plan to ease you to a beach-ready body, which begins exclusively in Saturday's Irish Independent.

You can lose up to 14lb, drop six inches from your waist or go down an entire dress size by following the plan, the first part of which appears in Saturday's 'Weekend' magazine.

Karl, best known for his work as a personal trainer on RTE's 'Operation Transformation', has teamed up with the Irish Independent with the plan to boost the health and well-being of readers.

He also recently joined the Irish Independent as a columnist, and will be writing weekly for 'Weekend' magazine on Saturdays and 'Health & Living' on Mondays.

Karl has designed a comprehensive programme that includes easy-to-prepare daily menus, exercise plans and even weekly shopping lists.

Readers of can expect additional interactive content with exercise tutorials, motivational videos and live web chats.

Karl will also be on hand throughout the 30 days to offer advice to readers via the Irish Independent website.

The first part of the Beach Body Plan starts in Saturday's 'Weekend' magazine. The following five parts will run in next week's Irish Independent, from Monday, May 20 to Friday, May 24.
