Kim Kardashian "struggled" with thigh exercises when she first started doing them, her personal trainer has revealed.

Jen Galardi - who is the woman behind the socialite’s enviable toned physique - said that Kim didn’t find the workout easy but soon realised how effective it was.

The fitness expert explained how to get the most out Kim’s “side kick” exercise. The reality TV star has to extend her leg sideways and raise it to hip level while holding small dumbbells.

“These are great for your butt and upper thighs. If you really want to see a great result, add a side squat after each kick. Kim struggled with this at first, but she soon saw the benefits,” Jennifer told British magazine more!

The personal trainer also shared advice on how to keep motivated when following a healthy eating and fitness regime.

To stay motivated, Jen recommended to think about health benefits rather than weight loss when making lifestyle choices.

“The key to a lasting diet and exercise plan is to focus on health. Make that your main priority when choosing how often you work out and what food to eat – you’ll be much more motivated,” she said.
