I try to go to the gym twice a week
Belfast-based journalist Helen Carson (44) is single mum to 10-year-old Pierce and says she can understand why so many people her age are stressed out.
She says: "I look at my parents and because of their savings and pensions they are in a much more comfortable position than I would say many people in my generation are. It's a big concern for me that money seems to be endlessly going out on mortgage payments, car expenses, fuel and bills.
"I try to go to the gym two times a week. I do weight lifting because I know women's bones get more brittle as you get older and I do cardio for heart strength.
"I joined the gym because I wanted to look after my health and I love going, but if something comes up, like if Pierce needs to go somewhere or there's housework needs done or if I've to work late, then it's the thing that gets pushed off my agenda."
