Gwen Stefani isn't hard to motivate in the gym
The American songstress-turned-fashion-designer is renowned for her impressively honed body and gorgeously kooky look. The stunning star is mother to Kingston, five, and three-year-old Zuma, and has revealed in the past that she works hard to achieve her toned frame.
Gwen’s personal trainer Mike Heatlie says the singer is so determined, she only needs a little bit of encouragement in the gym.
“A trainer is someone who pushes you further than you can go by yourself. Some athletes may only need an extra three per cent push, others might need 80. For Gwen, it’s ten per cent,” he revealed in an interview with Closer magazine.
Mike says Gwen isn’t hard to motivate. The fitness expert, who is based in the UK, says the 41-year-old beauty is a great role model.
“No – she’ll do whatever it takes! I’ve done five world tours with her and she’s the perfect example of a celebrity. You never see her drunk, and she’s an extremely good mother, wife and family person,” he said.
Mike is proud of what Gwen achieves. The exercise guru says his client always looks wonderful, on stage or off stage.
“Gwen looks fantastic, even when she’s not on tour. When she does go on tour she looks incredible – she has an amazing body shape,” he added.
