WHAT TO EAT

Two boiled eggs with one slice of wholegrain toast

Chicken salad

Grilled hake and courgettes (see recipe)

One apple

* Use only lemon, balsamic vinegar and a dash of olive oil for dressing

TRAINING PLAN

One-hour walk covering four miles if possible. You should always be able to talk during the session, but still be slightly out of breath.
