Hello, January. You might be feeling sluggish after the festive period and post-Christmas blues may even have set in. And then you hear it.

New year”… (don’t say it)… “New me”. Yet another stress to add to an already long list. I don’t buy into the ‘new year, new me’ philosophy. I never did, but particularly in our current situation. This is not a “normal” January. Covid fatigue is affecting so many of us. Being demotivated is common at this time of year. If you are feeling this, you are not alone. So instead of looking to overhaul your fitness and health, let’s focus on making small improvements, or “tweaks” as I call them.
