Hollywood’s sexiest celebs share their top 20 secrets to keep in shape and there’s not a starvation diet in sight.

HOW do the A-listers manage to stick to their healthy eating and workout plans all year when most of us have given up our New Year regimes before January is out?

We spoke to some of Hollywood’s sexiest celebs for their stick-to-it secrets and the best bit is there’s no need for faddy starvation diets – it’s all about having a little bit of everything in moderation.

1: Kim Kardashian

“It’s important to work out and be the best version of yourself that you can be, but never feel like you have to be the skinniest girl in the room to be the prettiest. Be confident in yourself and you’ll shine!”

2: Rihanna

“It’s all about trying to eat healthy and be in the gym to feel better. If you look at it that way, and not like you’re trying to lose weight, then it’s more successful.”

3: Drew Barrymore

”I just think you should eat less of everything. A little bit less. I don’t want to live a life where you can’t have what you want; it just makes you want it more.”

4: Jessica Alba

During the day I’ll have some dried fruit, or a chocolate or strawberry frozen yogurt, but I try to steer clear of desserts and bread.”

“I own a pair of jeans that fit great and are most comfortable when my weight is just right. When I’m feeling heavy, or I’ve been overindulging, I’ll try on those jeans.
