DR DENISE KELLY, a young Irish woman with a gluten intolerance, has started baking gluten-free cakes and breads for sale in Dublin. You can find her products in Collins Butchers, Main Street, Lucan Village; Eurospar, Ballyowen Castle, Lucan; Nourish, Wicklow Street, Dublin 2;, Park West Enterprise Centre, and Ó Coileáin Foods, Leopardstown Shopping Centre. There will be gold, silver and bronze medals across 30 product categories, and new this year will be an award for Best Irish Artisan Company.
