Do you do breakfast?

Yes! My favourite meal of the day, I never skip it.

Signature dish:

Until recently it would mainly revolve around eggs but I've just discovered I'm pretty severely intolerant to them so I'm in the experimental stages now of finding my new signature dish. Buckwheat is cropping up again and again so I think it's here to stay in some form now.

Favourite take out meal:

I always feel really bad after greasy takeaway so I rather something like a chicken tikka masala from Siri on Dame Street or if I'm extra lazy anything from Deliveroo.

Favourite restaurant:


Red or white:


Lunchbox staple:

Chopped veg and hummus.

Guilty pleasure:

Chocolate, always.

Favourite veg:

Spinach is my go to veg for juices, salads and dinner sides. I always have it in the fridge.

Consider yourself a picky eater?

I hate to admit it but I definitely am. They're controversial, but for me getting a food intolerance test is one of the best things I've ever done for my general wellbeing so I really try to avoid the foods that cause me problems now.

What's always in your fridge:

A rainbow of vegetables.

Favourite spud style (mash, roast etc):

Any style - mash, roast, chips, whatever's going.

Death row meal:

This is going to sound really weird but a gazpacho for starter, a big platter of sushi for mains and a cheesecake for dessert.

Dream dinner guests:

My mates.

Favourite dinner your mum used to make you:

A baby bowl when I was hungover, like a sunday roast but all mashed up and covered in gravy. The dream!

What's your go to comfort food:

Tea and chocolate always does the job.
