Spicy Tuna Pockets
Ingredients (serves 2)
110g tin of tuna in water, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Sriracha or Tabasco
1 tsp tomato puree
Salt and pepper
2 carrots, chopped into matchsticks
1 Hass avocado, sliced
½ cucumber, peeled and sliced into long sticks
¼ iceberg lettuce
2 pitta pockets
In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, Sriracha and tomato puree.
Divide the tuna salad between the two pittas and add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
