Facebook, TripAdvisor and Twitter are all modern ways of expressing an opinion.
We have become addicted to telling as many people as we can where we are, who we are with and what we are doing, all while waiting in angst for a reply or to be noticed.
Does it make us any happier? I'm not so sure that it does. The search for validation of our thoughts makes us crave it even more. It is an addiction that's just as detrimental as any other.

Dairy-free coconut popsicles
Coconut milk is rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. It's also dairy-free so can be used as a milk substitute too.
you will need
Popsicle mould of any shape
1 can full fat coconut milk
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour into the moulds.
Place in freezer and let sit for 5-6 hours.
