For lobster-lovers, indeed for lovers of all things gourmet it's worth checking out celebrated chef Raymond McArdle's new Wild Atlantic Way Menu at Inishbofin House Hotel on the island of Inishbofin just off the Connemara Coast.

McArdle is on board as new consultant head chef with the hotel, and has created an exciting menu to mark the reopening of the hotel for the summer months.

The talented creator of scrumptious dinners, and who has represented Northern Ireland in BBC2's 2013-2014 Great British Menu, has come up with a tempting menu of local produce.

The new menu is also set to make the award-winning Inishbofin House Hotel and Marine Spa an ultimate destination for foodies – it's chock-a-block with culinary delights such as Butter Poached Inishbofin Lobster and Blood Orange Vignette and Salsify, Inishbofin Lamb with Wild Roast Garlic Puree and Wild Garlic Salsa Verde, Roast Garlic Mash Potatoes, and 'Laceys Farm Rhubarb Fool' with Stem Ginger Sponge and Sherry Vinegar Gastrique.
