Sunday Independent columnist Sophie White debuts new cookery show on RTE
Cookbook author and Sunday Independent columnist Sophie White has debuted her new series of achievable family recipes on the RTE Player.
The popular columnist's new show, Recipes for Actual Life, debuted on the player on Thursday and offers those who are 'peak-married' easy family recipes to soften the blow of life's problems.
The writer and former private chef's recipes are ultimate comfort food and include a healthy twist on a takeaway favourite sweet-n-sour chicken, a Nutella cake and a dream-worthy recipe for s'mores French toast.
Mum Sophie last year celebrated the release of her first book, Recipes for a Nervous Breakdown' in 2016, which was widely commended for its open and honest portrayal of her struggles with mental health.
The writer's new series joins other online-only series on the RTE Player, including Amanda Byram's Body by Byram and fashion with Donna and Anita Ross in My Sister’s Closet.
