The lure of a block of softened creamy butter is often hard to resist and it seems even Kourtney Kardashian is guilty of a bit of Irish gluttony at Christmas time.
Kourtney (36) has revealed her love for Irish butter and championed Kerrygold in a number of recipes on her new app, released this morning.
The celebrity mum includes the Irish ingredient in her recipes for ‘Kourt’s Krispies’, a healthier take on Rice Crispie squares which she said she makes with her children Mason (5), Penelope (3) and Reign (11 months).
“I make these with my kids a lot. I wouldn’t say they’re healthy but they’re definitely healthier than some versions,” Kourtney writes.
“During the holidays, we use Christmas-themed cookie cutters to make them feel festive. Also, don’t things just taste better when they’re in shape?”
Kourtney’s new app comes more than two months after her sisters’ Kendall, Kylie, Khloe and Kim.

“I cannot wait to share my life with you,” she tweeted on Monday, ahead of releasing the app for download around the world.
“I am so happy to finally have a space where I can share my obsessions and the things that I am most passionate about,” she said.
The app will contain content surrounding motherhood, recipes and fitness and also contain personal journal entries from Kourtney as well as photographs and videos from behind the scenes of her busy life.
