Crispy salted Kale
A healthy alternative for in front of the TV! Serves two.
YOU WILL NEED
2 bunches kale, washed and dried
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp sea salt (Maldon is best)
Pre-heat oven to 300F/150Â°C.
Remove the kale stems then chop the kale into bite-size pieces.
In a bowl, drizzle the kale with olive oil and toss to coat. Place the kale on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt.
Bake in the oven until kale becomes crispy -- about 20 minutes.
