Young man struck by car while standing outside pub

A 26-year-old man suffered minor injuries last night when he was struck by a car in Dublin.

The incident occurred just before 10pm last night. 

It's believed the man was standing outside of the Dragon Pub in Tallaght village when he was hit.

The injured man was rushed to Tallaght Hospital for treatment.

It had been reported last night that the man's injuries were serious, but gardai confirmed this morning that man sustained minor injuries in the incident.
