A ROW between drinking buddies is believed to have led to the death of a 60-year-old man in Waterford city.

Gardai have arrested a 47-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman following the discovery of the body at an apartment at Scotch Marsh House in the Scotch Quay (pictured) area of the city shortly after 11pm last night.
