The January blues are kicking in - and, if you're any way emotional, the airport is not the place to be.
Hundreds of Irish people departed through the gates of Dublin Airport this morning and said a fond farewell to their family and friends.
Most were after an enjoyable family break at home and said the best part was "getting to see everyone".
New York, Sweden and Ho Chi Minh were top of the destination lists and some people seemed more than happy to get back to routine... or the sunshine!
