VIDEO: Dublin man wakes to find extensive drug paraphernalia in hall of apartment block

A Dublin man woke up to find this extensive drug paraphernalia in hall of apartment block and sent Independent.ie in the footage. He said he was just glad that he found it rather than one of the many children that live in the complex

The man left his apartment block this morning through the main stairwell which leads out of the complex. On this particular morning he was blocked by an extensive amount of drug paraphernalia strewn all over the landing. "There was used syringes, surgical sterilized swabs, medicine bottles,  a mini weighing scales, what looked like a belt and other bits that one would assume a heroine addict would use.  The landing area is the main stair well to the apartment block and is locked using a security key so I don't know how the got in". The Gardaí were called and removed the items safely
