VIDEO: Bressie Calls on the Irish Public to ‘RunYourLife’ by Signing up to the My1000Hours Run in Phoenix Park

Singer Bressie is calling on members of the public to run, walk or crawl to either a 5km or 10km challenge aimed at improving attitudes toward mental health.

The run on March 7, organised by the Irish Independent and in aid of mental health charity Aware, is part of the 'My1000Hours' initiative and encourages people to set goals towards improving emotional and physical fitness.

This could be anything from learning a new language, developing a new skill, or getting more exercise. "Whether you are a seasoned runner or planning to walk or run your first 5k, we are encouraging people to use the My1000Hours run to achieve a personal goal," Bressie said ahead of the Phoenix Park run, which is in association with Berocca.
