Under pressure... Enda shows heart
HE has been accused of having no heart when it comes to cutting budgets.
But yesterday it was confirmed that Taoiseach Enda Kenny does indeed have a heartbeat.
The Mayo man could be expected to have high blood pressure after his county football team lost to Dublin in Sunday's All Ireland and yesterday he recommended that everyone get theirs checked.
Holding a 'careful now' sign in reference to 'Fr Ted', he posed with Ben, Don and Rob Morgan, sons of actor Dermot Morgan. They were promoting the free blood pressure roadshow which is being held by the Irish Heart Foundation and healthcare group Covidien. Dermot Morgan passed away suddenly at 45 of a heart attack at his London home in 1998.
