Two die on roads in separate accidents in Dublin and Mayo

GARDAI in Dublin and Mayo are appealing for witnesses to two separate road accidents yesterday which claimed the lives of two men.





























The first incident occurred around five pm at Carrowcastle in Co Mayo, when two vans collided on a stretch of the R321.







The driver of one of the vans, a man in his 20s, was brought to Mayo general hospital where he died later of his injures.







In the other incident, a man in his 20s was pronounced dead at Tallaght hospital last night after his motorbike was involved in a collision with a car on Station Road in Palmerstown just after eight pm.







The pillion passenger was also treated for injuries in hospital.
