Trim suspect EVO fit

Gardaí have released a new 'EVO fit' image of a suspect in a number of alleged indecent exposure incidents.

Gardaí are investigating a number of alleged incidents in Trim, Co Meath, from January 1 to February 8.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 30s or 40s, with dark brown hair and a stubble beard. He was described as heavily built and scruffy.

He was driving a large white van with no logo on it.

Woman killed in crash

A YOUNG woman was killed in a car crash in Meath yesterday afternoon.

The collision between a car and a truck occurred at the Batterstown and Fairyhouse roundabout on the R147.

The female car driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while the truck driver was treated for minor injuries in Navan hospital.

Officers carried out a forensic examination and are appealing for witnesses.

Schoolboy dies

A 13-year-old boy has lost his fight for his life following an incident that took place at an Enniskillen school.

Oisin McGrath was injured at St Michael's College on Monday.

Belcoo GAA club released a statement confirming that Oisin had died. The PSNI is investigating the circumstances of his death.

Carjacking arrest

A TEENAGER was arrested in connection with a carjacking incident on a pair of elderly German tourists.

The couple had stopped to help at a crash in Clara Vale, Co Wicklow, on May 19, 2014.

A 15-year-old, who has links to a Traveller gang, was arrested in Dublin.

He was taken to Wicklow Garda Station but released without charge, with a file being prepared for the DPP.
