Traffic 'slow' in Dublin city centre following two separate collisions

Traffic is slow in the capital this morning following a collision on the southside of the city centre.

The collision occurred on the inbound lane at the junction of Leeson Street and Appian Way shortly after 8am.

AA Roadwatch are reporting traffic to be "slow on approach".

Meanwhile, there is was second collision this morning on St John's Road West by Heuston Station.

The incident occurred on the inbound lane. It has since been cleared but traffic remains "heavy" in the area.

Outside the capital, emergency services are at the scene of a crash on the Limerick/Rear Cross Rd in Tipperary.

The incident occurred approximately 3km on the Limerick side of Newport.
