TOP model Roz Purcell has revealed her passion for baking and making personalised Christmas gifts.

"I'm like MacGyver, if there's a banana skin, an apple and an egg, I'll make a dessert out of it," declares the Clonmel-born former Miss Universe Ireland who was narrowly beaten into second place in Celebrity Bainisteoir by Calum Best.
