Three young children and woman hospitalised after serious fire in Dublin apartment complex
Two younger children are in serious condition in hospital
Three young children and a woman in her 30s were hospitalised after a serious fire broke out in an apartment complex in Inchicore, Dublin last night.
A Dublin Fire Brigade spokesman told Independent.ie that two of the children – a seven-year-old girl and an eight-year-old boy – are in serious condition in hospital.
The 13-year-old boy and a 30-year-old female are being treated for burns in hospital.
The fire broke out at 11.15pm last night at the Tyrone Place complex.
Five Dublin Fire Brigade tenders, one area ladder, five ambulances and DFB advance paramedics attended the scene.
DFB units from both Dolphin's Bar and Tara Street attended the scene.
The victims of the fire were rushed to Crumlin Children’s Hospital, Temple Street Children’s Hospital and St James’s Hospital.
