A minister yesterday hung up the phone during an interview after being asked why he hadn't delivered on a pre-election promise.
John Perry pledged during the election to restore a local cancer service in Sligo.
"Within the first 100 days a satellite facility will be restored at Sligo General Hospital," he said in February.
When Mr Perry was reminded that there was 15 days left to the 100th day, he said he would be holding a conference in Sligo on June 17. When pressed to clarify, the minister hung up.
