Talks aimed at resolving Bus Éireann dispute to resume this morning
Talks aimed at ending the Bus Éireann strike have adjourned yesterday evening and will resume again this morning at 9.30am.
Unions representing the workers agreed to attend the Workplace Relations Commission this week in a fresh round at talks aimed at ending the dispute over cost-cutting measures at the company.
The protracted strike has seen staff on the picket line since last Friday March 24. Pickets are continuing while the current round of talks are ongoing.
A source close to the talks said that while progress is slow it is "positive" that they are continuing.
