Steak That -- Stars arrive for Croker gig

TAKE That touched down in the capital last night.

The ageing boy band, who will perform in front of 160,000 screaming fans at two sell-out shows at Croke Park this weekend, were spotted out and about in Dublin last night

The boys are staying at the five-star Four Seasons Hotel.

Last night, Howard Donald and his girlfriend Katie Halil arrived at Shanahan's on the Green steak restaurant for dinner with rugby player Rob Kearney and his girlfriend, 'Footballers Wives' star Susie Amy. The foursome and their minders were joined at dinner by Take That frontman Gary Barlow.

Meanwhile, articulated trucks full of equipment continued to arrive at Croke Park last night as the finishing touches were being put to the band's impressive stage for the Irish leg of their Progress tour. The stage will feature a 50ft mechanical robot, pyrotechnics and a towering wall of water.
