State 'should introduce recall polls'

MICHAEL Lowry should face the judgment of the people in a 'recall election', because of the findings contained in the Moriarty Tribunal report, according to TCD Seanad candidate Tony Williams.

Mr Williams said that recall elections are a familiar part of the political landscape in several countries, including the United States.
