Stars aim to bin a nice vice

Scott, a 2fm DJ and 'Breakfast Show'' presenter, vowed to log off from her Facebook and Twitter pages for 24 hours on March 4 as part the 'Give It Up for Trocaire' fundraising campaign.

Tubridy was playing his cards close to his chest yesterday and has yet to reveal which vice he will forego for the charity.

The Catholic charity, in conjunction with 2fm, is challenging people nationwide to "give up something they can't live without" for 24 hours on March 4.

"We're asking people to hide the chocolate bars, peel the mobile phones away from their ears or pull the plug on their laptops for the day -- give up whatever they can't live without and help Trocaire fight poverty," said Trocaire director Justin Kilcullen.
