RTE’s Ryan Tubridy is to give Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip a ‘window’ tour of Dublin from the Gravity Bar at the Guinness Storehouse this morning.
“We don’t bow or courtesy, we are not subjects,” he told RTE’s Morning Ireland. “ I will point out the great sights of the city. This is the lightest moment of the visit, because she can’t get out and about on the streets and see Dublin properly.”
Following the Storehouse, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will visit Government Buildings to meet Taoiseach Enda Kenny and at midday she is expected at the War Memorial at Islandbridge for a wreath laying ceremony.
