Irish players have won over €839 million in Euromillions prizes since 2004, but the luckiest places have been revealed, right down to the shop.

Garryowen Stores on Garryowen Road in Limerick is the luckiest, with over €115 million in prizes.

Garryowen Stores is followed by the Mace on Shantalla Road in Dublin 9, the Centra on Church Road in Ballybrack, Easons in Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow and Dora Kelly Newsagent & Supermarket in Ballynakelly, Newcastle in County Dublin.

Each of these has picked up more than €29 million over the years.

Tomorrow’s Euromillions jackpot is a guaranteed €130 million, so if you want to be in with a chance, you may want to pick a lucky shop as well as your lucky numbers. Remember: you must play before 7.30pm to be in with a chance to win.

A recent lottery survey revealed that eight out of ten Irish people said that if they won the lotto, they would share the winnings with family and friends.

55pc said they would make a donation to charity, and 4pc said they would buy their own football team.
