WATCH: 'Now my twin sister is equal like me' - Pantibar punters open up after Marriage Referendum success

There jubilant scenes on Dublin's Capel Steet, as hundreds of people gathered to celebrate the Marriage Equality Rerendum's success.

The punters were all attending Dublin's most famous gay bar Pantibar after the landslide victory. The celebrations doubles up as the pub hosted it's annual Eurovision party.

Ireland has today made history by becoming the first country in the world to extend marriage to same sex couples through a public vote. The final result is was 62pc Yes and 38pc No.

We spoke to some of those taking part to see why the result means so much to them.

There are celebrations taking place all over Dublin and there are festival-like scenes taking place in George's Street.
