'Pulp Fiction' students scoop Norton award

CHAT show host Graham Norton will visit the Tralee Institute of Technology tomorrow to present a student prize named in his honour.

The Co Cork native will present the inaugural Graham Norton Creativity Award award to two students whose work he gave a plug to on his show last January.

Eoin O'Leary (25) and David Williams (24) became internet sensations when their 'Pulp Fiction Kerry Shtyle' went viral.

The pair even received the thumbs up from director Quentin Tarantino when he was shown the clip – a rehash of the 'Royale with Cheese' scene from the cult movie – on Norton's show.

The college will present the award annually to students who generate the most online hits for a project they create during the academic year.
