Did you know that an election is coming?

Unless you've been in a coma this week, you know there is fevered speculation on when the election will be called.

A snap election could be this month - or the election might be called in February. It all depends on who you believe.

However, politicians throughout the country waiting on the Taoiseach to fire the starting shot.

Particularly Fianna Fail's Jim O'Callaghan.

O'Callaghan, who is a councillor in Dublin's south city, is standing for election in Dublin Bay South.

In this image he's telling Enda Kenny he's ready.

"Ready when you are Mr Kenny" is the headline.
