THE man who stabbed a young Irish bar worker to death in his home in Spain will not appeal his murder sentence.
Avril Flanagan (20) was stabbed 53 times on Spain's Costa Blanca in May 2009.
Alan Daulby, her former boyfriend from Liverpool, was jailed for 19 years in July for the killing.
Ms Flanagan, originally from Swords, Co Dublin, had moved to Spain with her parents.
She was stabbed to death just over a week after ending her relationship with Daulby.
