Woman (40s) arrested as drugs worth €100,000 seized in Dublin's inner city

An amount of 'Zopiclone' tablets and other drugs with a total estimated street value of €100,000 have been seized on Thursday.

The recovery of the drugs was made as part of ongoing joint investigation and operation targeting drug trafficking in Dublin's inner city.

The operation involved Revenue’s Customs Service, the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau, and the North Central Divisional Drugs Unit.

A woman (40s) has been arrested and is currently detained at Store Street Garda Station.
