Three fire engines rush to house blaze in south Dublin in early hours

Three fire engines responded to a house blaze in south Dublin in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Firefighters received the alert of the fire in Harold’s Cross shortly after 6am.

Crews from Donnybrook and Dolphin's Barn stations rushed to fight the flames at the scene.

According to a spokesperson from the Dublin Fire Brigade, it was a "domestic fire which was quickly extinguished".

It is understood that all occupants of the house were accounted for and uninjured following the incident.
