The sister of a man who has been missing for more than 10 years has said she and her family think him “every day”.
Peter Gallagher was just 24-years-old when he went missing from his home in Donaghmede on July 5 2003.
He had attended a family christening that day and was at the family home, in Newgrove Estate, that night, but headed out in the early hours of Friday into Saturday July 6.
His family have not seen him since that night. As they mark his 35th birthday without him, his sister Aideen, who was only 11 when he went missing, will has told RTE’s Crimecall about her beloved brother.
“We talk about him all the time, we think about him every day.”
“He was respected by a lot of people so people talk about him all the time.”
She addressed her brother Peter and appealed for information.
“We miss you so much, and we do think about you all the time. It’s just so hard,” she tearfully told RTE’s Crimecall.
