Shots fired at house in early morning incident

GARDAÍ are investigating a shooting in Meath overnight.

Sources told that shots were fired at a house in Glasheen, Stamullen, around 1am this morning.

A single bullet was fired at the door of a house in the Mill Close area.

Nobody was injured in the violent attack.

Neighbours in the area have described hearing a “massive blast” in the middle of the night.

Gardaí confirmed they are investigating the incident and have appealed for anybody with information to contact Ashbourne Garda Station.
