A 46 year old man has been charged with the murder of Bernard McGinley over a week ago.

The man is due at Omagh Magistrates Court this morning, according to the PSNI.

Mr McGinley (63) was shot and killed outside a church in Newtownbutler, Co Fermanagh, on February 11.

Another man was also shot and injured in the incident.

Mr McGinley, a member of the Travelling community, was airlifted to hospital but died later.

The ceremony, which was about to start when the shootings happened, was delayed for a short period but then went ahead.

The wedding party had travelled over the border to Newtownbutler from Longford and Dublin.
