The hotel, which holds 42 ensuite bedrooms, is located near the spire on upper O’Connell Street.

This news come after fiver homeless families currently living in the hotel were ordered to vacate the premises by the end of August.

A spokesperson for Dublin City Council confirmed they are currently in negotiations with The Dublin Region Homeless Executive but declined to comment further.
