Horrific photos show road crash man miraculously walked away from

An Irish man miraculously walked away from a horrific two car collision with no serious injuries in Dublin yesterday.

Gardaí in Blanchardstown and emergency services attended the scene of a two vehicle collision on the Blakestown Road, Mulhuddart which occurred at 5.45pm on July 31.

Ger Stapleton from Dublin was taken to hospital on a spinal board but was released a few hours later with minor injuries.

“I was in hospital for a few hours last night and I'm in bits today pains everywhere in my teeth, face, arm, wrist, elbow, neck and back and a bit of bruising too,” Ger told

After the horrific accident Ger tweeted pictures of the wreck and said: “After walking away from this I think I'll do a bet today!! Feel like I went 10 rounds with Mike Tyson!!”

Gardaí said they are continuing their investigations into the accident.

It's unknown whether the occupants of the second car were injured.
