Gardai make arrest in murder probe of barman shot in Dublin city centre

Gardaí investigating the murder of Michael Barr have arrested a man in his late 20s this morning.

Michael Barr was shot dead in north Dublin on Monday 25th April as he sat in the Sunset House pub.

The man is detained at the Bridewell Garda Station in Dublin under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007.

A total of four people have now been arrested in relation to the shooting at the Sunset House licensed premises in Summerhill on Monday, April 25.
